We have been running in the mountains wow gold lately.... climbing about 3,000 feet one way then turning around and comming back down....
And that's cool and lots of fun and a good work out for everyone involved!
But just how far are we running?
I measured the distance on a map.... 18.6 miles (one way).... But that's a flat line wow gold distance... we actually climbed 3,000 feet...
Sooo... if we imagine this as a great big Right wow gold Triangle we can figure it out using trig.
Don't forget to convert feet into miles or vise-versa.
